Oom Johan from JS Pools in Vereeniging (074 622 5474; j****ls8@gmail.com) is such a wonderful person to deal with. He has years of knowledge and still does effort to keep the customer happy whilst delivering an excellent service. Keep it up Oom Johan!

Capital Legacy who?
Reached out to Capital Legacy, they scheduled an appointment at my home which they did not honour. Reached out to Capital Legacy again, they apologised and said they will set a new date... never received. Just imagine, I must TRUST them to wind up my estate and ensure my loved ones are taken care of - when they cant even take care of a prospective new client. Maybe they dont need new clients or our money?

Carl Ndlovu (Sales Rep) and Bongi Ntaka (F&I Manager) really made the whole car-buying experience so much simpler through their positive attitudes and professional service. Would have given 5* if the car had a bow on and there was a hamper waiting to congratulate me **just a thought** (enhance the personal touch with clients).

Click on Shop/Group - Beware
Purchased an item on Black Friday (30/11/2019). Delivery was promised by the latest 9/12/2019 until date nothing was received. At first they indicated the item is with their couriers (Courier Direct) but it was denied when I called them. They then indicated that I would get it on 13/12/2019 between 09:00 - 12:00 which never happened. This morning I was advised that the item is not in stock but that they are working on it. Last communication was with their CEO, Alfred Kutengule. Alfred was advised that I regard this as a scam due to the contradictions in their response and failure to deliver. LaminatedFlooring.co.za in Vanderbijlpark Quick to quote and prices seem competitive but after deposit was paid, and just before date of install, "damp issues" were discovered (among other things). We followed the installer's advice and paid extra to have the damp treated. After install we had a few small issues as well as a portion of the floor which was uneven with signs of the vinyl flooring lifting up. We were advised by the installer that it was due to "damp" and that their work fall within SAWLFA specs... although it is now apparent that they are not even a member of SAWLFA... The offer to repair the uneven floor came with a "risk" warning for me along with words indicating that it would be better to leave it as is. I want to add that my home was not the only one with "damp" issues. During conversations with the installer, I was informed that they had several houses with issues and that I'm not the only one on their back. I would not recommend these guys! There is little pride in their work and the after-sales are found lacking.
