Clearwater sales agent Charn is the best representative for that istore I don’t know how he does it but he treats everyone with respect and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the products and all. Big up to the technician especially Karabo my guy you restored my life back 🙏🏼
I had the worst experience at Telkom Clearwater mall. The gentleman by the name of Nkanyezi Ndlovu. I went into the store to request for the settlement to settle the account, the gentleman pulled a statement and showed me the settlement amount. I then informed him that one of the routers were ****** when my car was ****** on Friday and ask if he can locate it, he showed the map that shows were the router is at, I asked to have that map printed to take to the police so that they can trace the location of the router he refused and told me about the Popi act. Fine given I ask for the email of the store manager I’m told that they not allowed to give out the email address. I asked for the Twam leader email by the name of Zenith Khumalo again I was told I can’t get the email address. Out of frustration I said I’m not leaving until I get those email addresses instead of making means for me to get the email addresses a centre security officer was called to take me out of the store saying I’m disturbing customers whilst I’m a customer who has two contracts with them. All this happened yesterday the 2nd September 2025. The lady who was receiving customers at the entrance was rude and unprofessional. The entire stuff were standing as a group and looking at us as if we were not even deserving to be in the store. I was told that the branch manager by the name of Bella Precious is not in the store and the team leader as well. So the store was left without a supervisor or manager to attend to customers complains. No email should be given out. What kind of poor service is this. After the entire commotion I still requested for the settlement and I was told it’s a read only I can’t get a copy of my own account settlement.

On the 29 November 2024 the so called Makro credit card had some technical issues, I swayed my card for the 1st time and it indicated declined, then I was requested to swipe again for the 2nd time and the till slip did not go out. I was then sent to the credit card department a lady by the name of Baryl informed me that I should wait for 30min there’s an issue with the system. Few minutes later I was told to go swipe again and I did. I was charged twice for the same items and when I asked why they said my money will be reversed back into my account in an hours time until today I haven’t received my money back. I was also surprised to learn that this credit card is not a Makro credit card but an RCL credit card today the 1st December I called the call centre and I was informed that the money will be reversed back on Tuesday. I’m wondering why the lady misinformed all customers that experienced this on Friday since there were more than 10 customers who experienced this. Bad service indeed
The owner of the company is not honest and transparent with her customers. Yesterday the 19 November 2024 I went to do my brows and lashes, she didn’t inform me of the prices prior, when she was done she charged me R250 extra for removing lashes, R120 times 3 for threading and R700 for lashes. When. Asked her why she didn’t inform me that removing lashes was this expensive she responded by saying I should have read the price list and if you remove lashes that were installed by her it’s only R150. I believe that this is a day light ******* that customers must be informed of the entire process so that they can make an informed decision. She was so rude and cold even during the conversation regarding the prices. I would recommend that customers be treated this way.
There is this one lady who just decides that my car will be handle by her when I bring it for service at Vaal Toyota her name is Hi, I am (daleen)magdalena Cloudina Van Wyk, your Service Advisor at Vaal Toyota Vereeniging who will be taking care of your vehicle today. Please feel free to contact me should you have any queries. She misleads clients and tell them that the vehicle is ready for collection knowing very well that she s not true. She will say the vehicle has been washed whilst it’s not true. I tried to ask for someone to help me on previous occasions and twice I was assisted by Bongani and in less than 2 hours my car was well serviced and washed but on three occasions I was assisted by Cloudina van Wyk and I got the worst treatment ever. She puts white clients 1st and treat them differently.
