VUT CREDIT MANAGEMENT
This institution is not professional as they ensured me that NSFAS has to credit my financial account which was in arrears in 2023. I had paid a visit to the credit management office and they told me in 2023 leading up to my graduation that NSFAS is due to pay off my account.
Which then they had granted me approval to graduate and attend the ceremony.
Today , the 27th of November the credit management office contacts me via email and mention that they are going to hand over my account to the credit bureau without even investigating further on the matter.
I refuse to pay anything to the institution as this case was assured to me that it will be handled accordingly.

27 Nov 2024, 16:09The matter of fact is that I was told +-R50 000 is credit to my student account (which pays off the debt) and the remainder will remain in the student account in case I wanted to further my studies. All of a sudden I am thrown with threats without any investigation done.
