Good day. I have placed an order for a microwave and got approved. But yet they inform me after payment that the product will arrive on the 10th of October. For a person who just moved into their own place , these type of essentials are needed immediately. I had cancelled the order and now I havent even received my refund. I am a very disgruntled client and I dont understand why the refund process takes so long to clear As per previous reviews, people don't even receive their funds back. This matter will be escalated.
Even though I had complained initially about the unprofessional ethic of the credit management , I wanted to take the time to express my level of disappointment in their services You cannot allow a student to graduate and then afterwards claim that the individual owes the school.
This institution is not professional as they ensured me that NSFAS has to credit my financial account which was in arrears in 2023. I had paid a visit to the credit management office and they told me in 2023 leading up to my graduation that NSFAS is due to pay off my account. Which then they had granted me approval to graduate and attend the ceremony. Today , the 27th of November the credit management office contacts me via email and mention that they are going to hand over my account to the credit bureau without even investigating further on the matter. I refuse to pay anything to the institution as this case was assured to me that it will be handled accordingly.
Vodacom agents perform bad services as I ordered a contract deal online and wanted to update my delivery address. Upon doing so, one of the agents put the address I told them not to and it delayed me getting my phone. The service is bad and they do not inform of the minor details that could affect the delivery of your phone. Even today, my package got returned and cancelled.
