I would stay far away from this company. My car has now been with them for almost 4 months, and every single week there’s another excuse or delay.
I paid R70,000 upfront on the first day (not a deposit, the full amount), and since then it has been nothing but frustration. They refuse to honor the warranty. Their admin staff treat customers with zero respect — shouting and swearing over the phone like they’re running a pirate ship, not a professional business.
At this point, I’ve lost well over R100,000 dealing with them, and there’s still no resolution in sight. This whole ordeal is ongoing and absolutely mind-blowing. Just this week, they told me the mechanic was “sick for 3 days,” but who knows if they even worked on my car at all? They didn’t even bother to inform me — I literally had to post on Facebook just to get them to call and give me an update.
This is a nightmare experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Do yourself a favor — take your money elsewhere.
