My vehicle was handed to OR Tambo long-term parking under the promise of secure storage. Instead, my vehicle key was lost / ****** and the car was later found parked at a private residence. This matter involves gross negligence, misrepresentation, and financial loss. I have demanded a full explanation, identification of responsible parties, and compensation for damages.
