Instead, my vehicle key was lost / ****** and the car was later found parked at a private residence. This matter involves gross negligence, misrepresentation, and financial loss. I have demanded a full explanation, identification of responsible parties, and compensation for damages. If not resolved urgently, legal action will follow without further notice. Book a table for 10 people from 16h00 to 18h00, as the booking allowed 2 hours. Phoned to confirm as well as online confirmation. Got to the restaurant and the table was not ready, as the people that booked from 14h00 to 16h00 has not finished yet. Was only told that sorry they not finished and they could not ask them to go. It was 19 Aug, Krone 2023 on Loftus. No other placed available as bookings were made in advance. Very very disappointed as arrangements were made months before for 10 people including 2 children. Will not trust them again and dineplan through which the booking were made need to sort out these restaurants.
<p>I booked a vehicle with auto transmission in Oct already and also paid the amount due. When i arrived this morning i was reassured that the vehicle is auto, but when we got to the vehicle we were told that there are no auto availabilite. We refused to take the vehicle as we booked and payed for auto. We were promised that within 3 to 4'hours an auto vehicle will be delivered to our hotel. No response. We made numerous phone calls with no positive response. This is unacceptable service as the booking was made 2 months in advance. The request for auto transmission was made for a reason. </p>
