Valet Parking Services at OR Tambo

It is a problem that they not answer the phone after tying more than 10 times. But this is my complaint: 1) It took more than 40 min to get my car returned to me. 2) The car inside now smells of smoke (it stinks) 3) You used my car and drove 274km (in your add you say you are located 3.5 km from OR Tambo) (do have photos of when I left and on return plus petrol used by you) 4) Used all my petrol and then on Sunday night you put in R50 petrol (do have copy of slip left in the car ) I then had to re-fill my car to pay for your trips!!!!! 5) The Driver did not have an invoice or receipt when I paid. 6) He did not have change as I had to pay cash as he did not have a machine. He then left without giving my change and before I could check the car – he ran away!!! Please never Never use these people - they are totally dishonest.
