Ordered an Item, after ordering it the product image was changed on the site to a completely different item. Tried contacting support, mail bounced back with the an error because there was an error on the link. Contacted them via WhatsApp and got some snotty person telling me that the image is for "illustrative purposes only" OK fine, then when you realized the mistake why not contact customers that ordered that item explaining it....nope, they just kept quiet and waited for the client to see the error. When confronted I was told I will be refunded "because It's not worth fighting over R324" Like my money was nothing and I am being petty. Told them the support mail link is not working, was told they have no issues I must have made a mistake. After proving to them it was faulty they corrected the error. But it was easier to tell me I am an idiot that cant send a email rather that just investigating the issue. All and all a terrible experience. Now, to their credit they did offer to refund me and they did attempt to apologize for the error, but the whole experience was unpleasant and I was made out to be a bother to them with my puny little purchase. I work in I.T. I need components on the regular. I always try new vendors as a trail to see who I can rely on...Valotonics ensured they don't make the list with this interaction.
