Ordered an Item, after ordering it the product image was changed on the site to a completely different item. Tried contacting support, mail bounced back with the an error because there was an error on the link. Contacted them via WhatsApp and got some snotty person telling me that the image is for "illustrative purposes only" OK fine, then when you realized the mistake why not contact customers that ordered that item explaining it....nope, they just kept quiet and waited for the client to see the error. When confronted I was told I will be refunded "because It's not worth fighting over R324" Like my money was nothing and I am being petty. Told them the support mail link is not working, was told they have no issues I must have made a mistake. After proving to them it was faulty they corrected the error. But it was easier to tell me I am an idiot that cant send a email rather that just investigating the issue. All and all a terrible experience. Now, to their credit they did offer to refund me and they did attempt to apologize for the error, but the whole experience was unpleasant and I was made out to be a bother to them with my puny little purchase. I work in I.T. I need components on the regular. I always try new vendors as a trail to see who I can rely on...Valotonics ensured they don't make the list with this interaction.
After ordering Fiber to home from RASWEB and verifying availability, I as sent a "free to use" router. The Fiber installers came to my house and said they needed to plant a pole in my neighbors yard. He obviously was not keen on having a pole in his garden. I then cancelled the order and arranged for a RSAWEB to collect the router the next day via courier. The courier never came. A week passed by and then I get an email from RSAWEB demanding I return the router to their offices in JHB or buy the router from them. That's insane! I never got any service of RSAWEB through no fault of my own, and now I have to return or purchase the router because THEY could not provide the service I signed up for without digging up my neighbors yard! It's ******ion, I now need to pay for a router I don't need and never wanted, or drive to JHB to return it. What a ****!
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Rowayne Hartze was very helpful and super quick to assist. It is the level of service that has become the norm at King Price and the reason I stay with them.
They were excellent once, now they seem to be offline progressively more each day. I have both an LTE Sim Card and a 5G Router. Both always go Offline without notice for hours on end. It seems that they are aware of this as well since they decided to remove the options to chat on-line with support and to manage and optimise the 5G link from the device page on-line.
Bought FAW V2 in October 2014. Since then this all went wrong: Seat belt stock broke, Timing chain guides and Lifters were faulty, steering column broke, air con went noisy, master cylinder started leaking, clutch started slipping, wheels started ringing, cold start engine noise developed after service, fuel gauge broke, rev counter failed intermittently, panels were miss aligned after faulty bumpers needed replacing twice, dashboard rattles, O rings failed, oil leaks, faulty brakes, faulty brake drums, faulty ABS. Some issues were repaired, Most were not, many still needs repairing. Imperial makes me wait 4 weeks on average per repair, never calls back, and seldom repair things properly. No courtesy car available ever. They like to remind customers it's not required by contract. What about doing the right thing? You cant repair it in time or properly, take ownership and give the customer a loan vehicle. Don't EVER buy Imperial. They do NOT care about you. They care about sales. Staff are incompetent and rude. They end up making you rude in turn, all the while not giving a crap about the state of the service they provide. They don't communicate with you or each other. STAY AWAY!!!
