I am writing this to express my absolute outrage at the treatment I have received from VALR over the past two months. I have been a loyal user of this platform for over 6 years, using the exact same login credentials without issue—until recently. One day, I was suddenly unable to log in to my account. I immediately contacted the VALR support team, but instead of helping me regain access to my funds, I was sent in circles for two months. The delay was constant, and the "assistance" was nonexistent. Now that I have finally managed to get back into my account, the reason for the delay seems clear: all of my money has been cleared out. What is most disturbing is that I have 2FA (Authenticator App) enabled for extra protection. Despite this security measure being active: Significant transactions took place without my authorization. I received zero notifications—no emails, no SMS, and no app alerts—that my funds were being moved. I was locked out of my account exactly when these unauthorized activities were likely occurring. It appears my account was compromised or drained while VALR support intentionally stalled my access. I am demanding a full investigation into how transactions bypassed my 2FA and why I was not notified.This loss amounted to what once was 420k worth of crypto currency.
