LENOVO YOGA ,bad product !
Just about 2 years ago ,I have purchased Lenovo Yoga ,from Rectron at the time it was top of the Range, the laptop NOT switching on ,it have cost me 27000 (2000 US$),I gave it for repairs at Partserve SA,claiming that the motherboard has to be replace .I am waiting for 1 week for quotation, no reply . I have phoned Rectron for help ,no luck . I have been looking at the complain Page under Lenovo ,and see that this faults happen to many Customers . please do not buy this brand ,it is rubbish ,you can find many other brand which will give you better service and back up . to wait one week for quotation ,tells me throw out your Laptop !!!!!!!! please do not touch this LENOVO

over charging ,,,
I Have received my invoice for my cell phone with Vodocom ,and I saw that they invoiced me for "Mine game "which I don't know what is it for ?and why they overcharge me ?i have never been notified or asked . I can not get to the right person ,they send me for person to person ...it is insane . service is so bad .

Goods delivered two weeks after payment recieved
On the 21st of February, I received an email for payment of shipment from overseas. 22nd of February requested payment was made. <br> Two days later the shipment was still not delivered. When phoning to enquire, I was told this will be checked. The next day I sent a follow up email to confirm proof of payment. I received no reply.<br> In the last ten days, I have been trying to get assistance to no avail. The managers were never available for escalation. All this after EIGHT emails that were also not replied to. <br> 27th of February, I was promised that the goods will be at my office 8am in the morning. The goods were never delivered that day!<br> <br> 2nd of March, at 4.30pm, I managed to get hold of a manager who promised goods would be delivered the morning of the 3rd of March. The goods were delivered late in the day after many complaints. When the goods arrived they did not have the correct documentation. <br> <br> I suggest that companies like myself who need a reliable courier service look elsewhere.
