I got a new phone and tried to login with the wrong email. Instead of prompting me that another email is registered on my name and ID it let me open a second wallet and then blocked both after I submitted my I'd. Now for more than 48 hours I have not received any response from the customer service after submitting 5 tickets for help. First there is the AI help that directs you in circles and then when you finally get to submit a ticket or email message no one answers. Appalling customer service.The only telephone number registered for Valr also just goes to voicemail stating that a message has been sent to the operator.
