The staff at the wynberg branch Johannesburg are so disorganized, when you join the fleet they promise to give you good service but once you rent a bike with them they don't care anymore they have bunch of employees who won't assist you and tell you to wait the whole 4 days for them to assist you with a flat tyre it is a nightmare you see people going up and down with no actual results if you planning to join the fleet and rent the bike expect a very frustrating experience, I got a puncher while delivering for uber as per VALTERNATIVE energy they must fix a Tyre for me but I'm not getting assistance they say I must wait but forgetting I need the bike so I can pay them and pay myself I wonder if the bike was on an accident it means I was gonna get another bike a month later since fixings a mere tyre takes forever the staff looks busy but doing less the customer and workshop service is very disappointing indeed.
