Electricity cable ******
We bought a house via them. Within the week we were handed over the key, our electricity cable was ****** as we couldn't move in immediately as the house house don't come with tiles,cupboards. We reported immediately to valumax Soshanguve VV Office, we were sent from pillar to post, even now no one from valumax want to assist us with the cable, we don't have electricity 4 almost a month. Who is supposed to help us, because municipality do replace ****** cables. So the builder told me that we are on our own to replace the cable. My question is, is it advisable or wise yo buy a property via valumax? Your service is zero certifying, at this moment you don't deserve a star from me.

15 Oct 2025, 08:56Shame if you have the energy and ready for disappointment, buy a house through Valumax Soshanguve. Our electric cable was ****** on the 1st week we were handed the key which was 1st week of September, till now they don't want to fix it for us. After my review that's when I was contacted and offered to be given the electric cable and was told I will see that I get my own technician to connect for me and I must buy for myself the other missing things to connect the cable. Apparently their policy is once they hand you the house keys, your on your own, what ever happens is your business / expense as a buyer. It pains my heart because it's only gonna be 2nd month since we were handed the house. If only I knew that their service socks, I was never gonna burn myself. I will never refer some1 to buy property via valunax because that will take away their peace and excitement of owning a property. ******* service valumax, now our agent Frans is not answering our calls nor returning our calls because the business is mos done and he benefited. Who ever is refusing to replace cables will never know peace. It puzzles me because Eskom/Tshwane municipality do replace cables and why is it different with valumax?
