Was contacted by VVM attorneys due to owing Telkom. I'd paid in full, back in April 2025, and requested a paid up letter. I was told to wait. Fast forward to January 2026, where another attorney had contacted me to blacklist me due to the above account. After having contacted VVM again, on 22 January 2026, I was informed that I need to wait for 72 hours for my paid up letter to reflect, and an additional 21 days before it would be sent to me. Upon inquiring as to why I did not t receive it last year, the consultant tried telling me that I had not requested me. Upon providing proof that I actually had, I was still told that I'd have to wait. One should not have to face being blacklisted due to failure on VVM's end to do their jobs correctly. Highly unprofessional and has a pattern of lying.
