Highly unhappy with the service from VVM and feel they don't treat their clients with fairness. My home choice account was handed over to them and no one even informed me they only work with the arrears upon me wanting to settle my account and i went on the WhatsApp services which is now been made known to me that it is actually just a bot ,i specifically requested a settlement amount which this bot gave me and i paid, two weeks later home choice calls me stating in need to make a payment on my account ,how is that even fair when i requested a settlement and now my account is still not closed, the team leader Yvonne who assisted me very professionally over the phone is now only telling me over email i spoke to a bot and that was not the settlement amount.
i am furious cause i don't have, money to still pay and all they telling me is sorry it was not the correct information the bot gave you, how is that treating clients fair.
