Highly unhappy with the service from VVM and feel they don't treat their clients with fairness. My home choice account was handed over to them and no one even informed me they only work with the arrears upon me wanting to settle my account and i went on the WhatsApp services which is now been made known to me that it is actually just a bot ,i specifically requested a settlement amount which this bot gave me and i paid, two weeks later home choice calls me stating in need to make a payment on my account ,how is that even fair when i requested a settlement and now my account is still not closed, the team leader Yvonne who assisted me very professionally over the phone is now only telling me over email i spoke to a bot and that was not the settlement amount. i am furious cause i don't have, money to still pay and all they telling me is sorry it was not the correct information the bot gave you, how is that treating clients fair.
I called African bank to get settlements on outstanding debt the lady provided me with settlement amounts I then asked her what about the credit card and she confirmed it was paid up and I dont have to pay she provided me proof and I just paid my other accounts, 6months down the line I pick up a account on my credit report just to call and find out its african bank credit card I owe I informed them I have proof that they said account was paid up ,know the company that they handed me over to says according to African bank this account was never paid up whoever send.me the paid up letter they not sure because they never received payment and they need proof of payment I explained my case and said i did not pay account but was informed I dont have to cause its paid up. African bank refuses to take responsibility for their Negligence wants to keep.me liable I refuse to pay this account and now they want to bring up clauses and terms this is the worst company ever and I will spread the news to friends and family's
I registered to study through iqacademy in march ,they confirmed all my details telephonically, I paid R599 directly into their account on the 11 April ,no one called or emailed me for anything, I send my supported documents the day before the payment ,when I called them they told me they have no info and that I should resend, I resend my info and have to call again they tell me they need a marriage certificate, firstly no one gets back to me i have to call everytime, finally i got fed-up and spoke to a Charles Rensburg who said he submitted my details to cancel my studies and they will refund me in 7 days he said I will receive an email during the day, I received no email I called back the following day and spoke to Grace, she tells me first the request was never submitted and she will send it again, I requested to apeak to a manager an as usual they are never available .IQAcademys service is terrible and I would never refer anyone to them .
