Order placed 27 November and no communication from Vannie Kaap on when my order will be shipped
Placed order on 27 November, received order confirmation and that my order would be shipped within 7-10days. Today is 13 December. I have tried to contact them via their website email, online chat and their active Instagram and have received no response as to when my order will be shipped. They recently opened a pop-up store in Canal walk so what's good Vannie Kaap just communicate with your customers of there are going to be delays. At this point based off the other reviews I doubt I will receive my order this is really disappointing as I really want to support local brands.

15 Dec 2022, 15:22Just received a call from Erin at Vannie Kaap, apologising for the delay and informing me that the order will be shipped on Monday and I will get an email with tracking. Will update this post as soon as I have the email with tracking.

22 Dec 2022, 10:42So finally received the tracking number for my delivery, yesterday 2022-12-21. It also appears they are now actively replying to my emails after ignoring them for weeks. No idea what is going on with this business, just glad my order is being delivered. Will wait to see if I receive the correct order and then update this post once more.

23 Dec 2022, 09:46So I received my order just now 2022-12-23 and it is the correct sizes and colours. This was not a great experience and I will not recommend using their online store. The product is what I ordered and the cotton tshirts feel like good quality not too thick or too thin.
