I am a first time customer that spend R1 500 at VAPE KING ILLOVO. Two of the items included a Upends disposable vape (R280). The one vape was not pulling right and was not going off, it stayed on and the battery was getting hot. I called Vape King ILLOVO, spoke to Ian and he advised to bring it back and he will have a look at it and if it is bad, they will replace it. It's been a few days, spoke to the lady working at the shop who was extremely RUDE, behaved like she is doing me a favor every time i called. Always asking her to ask Ian to call me but i never received a call. She advised that they sent the vape to head office to get checked out and i have to just wait until the vape comes back. No turnaround time/SLA nothing, was just told to wait. When asked if Ian can return my call, i was advised that she will only be seeing him the weekend. I had to Spend R380 to buy a new vape at another vape shop because i have to just wait until they get the vape back. The service at Vape ILLOVO is extremely bad and the lady at that shop is extremely RUDE! This has been a very, very disappointing experience. I will definitely not refer anyone to VAPE KING ILLOVO nor will i spend any more money there.
