I just came back from buying Honchos Lenasia. I received burnt food...all three burgers were extremely burnt. I bought before and the burgers were burnt too....this is ridiculous. Staff talking long stories and laughing, not worried about the food they preparing. I will never return to Honchos Lenasia again. I am completely disgusted with the food prepared! I had to give it to my dog to eat and had to prepare food! What a waste of time! If I could, I would not even give 1 star!
I am a first time customer that spend R1 500 at VAPE KING ILLOVO. Two of the items included a Upends disposable vape (R280). The one vape was not pulling right and was not going off, it stayed on and the battery was getting hot. I called Vape King ILLOVO, spoke to Ian and he advised to bring it back and he will have a look at it and if it is bad, they will replace it. It's been a few days, spoke to the lady working at the shop who was extremely RUDE, behaved like she is doing me a favor every time i called. Always asking her to ask Ian to call me but i never received a call. She advised that they sent the vape to head office to get checked out and i have to just wait until the vape comes back. No turnaround time/SLA nothing, was just told to wait. When asked if Ian can return my call, i was advised that she will only be seeing him the weekend. I had to Spend R380 to buy a new vape at another vape shop because i have to just wait until they get the vape back. The service at Vape ILLOVO is extremely bad and the lady at that shop is extremely RUDE! This has been a very, very disappointing experience. I will definitely not refer anyone to VAPE KING ILLOVO nor will i spend any more money there.
I have been disconnected since Monday. I work from home and still do not have internet connection. When i tried calling, none of the Openserve numbers even work. I was told by MWeb to wait 6 days. I am paying for a service that i am currently not using, yet they will still bill me in full, not realizing i am taking out money to buy data. The service is ridiculous! how does one wait 6 days for a technician to come out! Does Openserve have no regard for their customers??? This is the worst service EVER. I would NEVER recommend Openserve to anyone!
Every month my accounts gets suspended even though i pay it religiously. I called the call center and was online for way over an hour. I work after hours and every month i am inconvenienced. I called in previously to update my number and to this day it has not been updated. MWEB's service is the WORST!!!!!!! I would not recommend MWEB to anyone! i am disgusted by this service and hopefully i can get hold of a consultant to cancel. I cannot work due to this incompetence!!! I was forced to give a 1 star, i did not want to even give one star!!!!
Palm Continental is the worst accommodation......I paid way in advance, I called several times to ensure all is in order but when arriving I waited since 8:00am right until 2:00pm in my car as the place was not ready.....Receptionist knew I was waiting but never bothered to refer me to the restaurant to wait, never even bothered that I was waiting. I requested to see management, but was told manager is in a meeting.......I went back to sit in the car and waited, eventually phoned reception from my car requesting to be put through to management. Receptionist sitting and having their own discussions, not bothered to answer the call, not realizing I am watching them from my car... I was eventually put through "several" times by the receptionist but to a phone that was going straight to voicemail each time. Receptionist just continued chatting to each other and even went for lunch...LUNCH!!!!......eventually management comes at 1:45pm, takes us to the restaurant to have a seat and leaves us there for 15 minutes not bothered and heads out in his car......I was escorted to my room @ 2:00pm which had absolutely no towels, the fridge was not on, the curtains had pins hanging on them as they were broken.........I requested for towels multiple times, but have not received a single towel, not even a hand towel......waiting for a lift to go to reception to take the matter up, there were 2 HUGE, VERY HUGE ****ROACHES running in the corridor.....I than turn around, grabbed my bags in my room, handed the keys to reception and left the place........I e-mailed Palm Continental to sent me the e-mail address of management to let them know how disappointing this was not to mention MONEY WASTING, but I have not heard anything.........NOTHING......I would not even give this place half a star....disappointment is an understatement!!!!!!!
I bought pizza yesterday, the pizza was so dry and barely had any toppings........ R179 for such a bad pizza, just not worth it. I will not spend my money at Debonairs again!
I ordered food at 6:15 from lenasia Macdonalds, it is now way over 2 hrs and still have not received anything. I called in twice to check in on the order, the consultants "both"said that they would call me back and I am still waiting....if this is not the most pathetic service than I don't know.....Macdonalds lenasia delivers the most pathetic services I have ever came came across. STILL WAITING AND IT 8:24PM.....
I decided to stop at the KFC in Kensington to have breakfast as i was passing by with family. i was the first customer, the shop was empty, but had to wait 15 minutes just to get my food. They did not tell me that it would take long, just made me stand there like a fool with my little son! Without any complaints i waited. When i received my food, all the food was raw and unbearable to eat. I had unfortunately left the shop already and could not return as i am not from that area. i had to spend more money to buy other food. The service is very poor and the staff is not very friendly. That was the most disgusting meal i ever came across.
<p>Monday evening I decided to order ice cream and burgers for the kids. The delivery took so long and went it finally arrived the ice cream was melted and the driver was so rude. I have tried several times to call the store after the driver had just left as he also had a card machine which was not working as he was driving around with a machine which had no paper......I used all my airtime to try and call the shop but insisted I still call knowing I have no airtime left. I tried calling delivery today but in Sandton and was told I was barred. After receiving the pathetic service they had the odesity to still bar without investigation. This is just disgusting. I took a pic of the receipt as the driver insisted for the receipt. ....it's pathetic that a business is being runner in this manner. ....it's am utterly disgusted......</p>
<p>I just bought a meal for my family and the food was horrific. I ordered burgers with cheese, but there was no cheese on the burgers but I was charged for it. This is not the first time ordering burgers ordering cheese on them and not getting any. The food was so dry cause the chicken was fried for so long and hardly any sauce on it.the chicken was so small half the buns needed to be thrown away. The pops was dry and hard......I reminded the the teller to please ensure that the food is right as I went through this experience before. This is disgusting....making people pay so much for food that is cooked in this manner...that cannot be eaten....I am very disturbed by this. ...</p>
