I placed an online order and was called on Friday 26th to advise the 1 item was not in stock however a credit would be allocated to my account - still not done. why do i as the client have to beg for this. i have emailed 4 times and called more times than i can count but nobody bothers to answer. I now no longer wish for a store credit i want my money reimbursed to my account so that i can go to someone who actually cares about me as a customer. This is absolutely disgusting service. Quick to take my money and my order but not so great on after sale service. Can honestly say i will no longer be a customer of vapeshop.co.za
