DONOT order from these people, they donot answer calls nor do they respond to online chat, this is actually a joke of a company. i WANT A REFUND for my items ordered. i hope that soon this company will have such little support that they will have to close their doors as the service stinks.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE I have a parcel that i handed in to postnet that the courier guy was supposed to deliver in Plettenberg Bay, 2 weeks later my parcel has gone from Gerorge to Mossel Bay back to Gerorge, i have spoken to multiple people and emailed and NOBODY actually cares. This is disgusting customer service and UNACCPETABLE
I placed an order online 19.11 and was advised on check out 4-7 days for delivery. Each time i go look on the website to track my order the tracking is not updated and in fact is extremely incorrect - why there is even online tracking is beyond me if you cant have it right rather done have it. 2 of my items were handed to courier 21 November and I STILL DONT HAVE THEM. When emailing i get NO response so again something that doesn't work. When calling i get told the parcel is with the courier so how long does a courier company take to deliver? It is now 2 weeks and still no delivery or feedback from TFG Online?
i am extremely unhappy that when entrusting my finances to this company that my outstanding debt was increased by over R83 000.00 I now have to go and pull statements from all my credit providers to ensure that i am not being taken for a ride on all other accounts. This is disgusting to be honest. I entrusted devtbusters to help me out of a terrible situation I was in and now I have to spend my time double checking on them. I am paying for a service that i am not receiving. I am quite sure they have crooked all my other creditors accounts so now i will have to go and waste my time checking up on people i entrusted.
When calling the call centre MRP brag about the fast effecient service on the whatsapp number. This is not the case, they take forever to reply actually quite frustrating. I ordred a voucher online which took over a day, then it was delivered as a Miladys voucher - why would you sell a Miladys voucher on MRP.com? I then queried it and now i have to wait for an investigation into this - so now again the gift i bought is delayed, not acceptable. Buying a gift voucher online is supposed to save time but first it takes forever to be delivered to my email then it is wrong.
I placed an online order and was called on Friday 26th to advise the 1 item was not in stock however a credit would be allocated to my account - still not done. why do i as the client have to beg for this. i have emailed 4 times and called more times than i can count but nobody bothers to answer. I now no longer wish for a store credit i want my money reimbursed to my account so that i can go to someone who actually cares about me as a customer. This is absolutely disgusting service. Quick to take my money and my order but not so great on after sale service. Can honestly say i will no longer be a customer of vapeshop.co.za
netflortis what a way to ruin something that was meant to be so special and mean something. I ordered a delivery on Tuesday 01 October to be delivered, firstly the order was not delivered until the Wednesday? When my order arrived it was not as per the image on the web, the sign was missing from the pot plant, i reported and this and spoke to Jordan whom i emailed photos and was advised it would be attended to. I sent the mail to Jordan on Wednesday and a reminder again on Thursday, it is now Monday and NOBODY has bothered to attend to this, this is disgusting and like i said you ruined something that was supposed to be special and now a week later nobody has bothered to rectify the mess you have made. I am disgusted in netflorist.
A transfer was done between 2 of my accounts that i needed reversed as i am unable to do so as the credit card i transferred to is closed. I called the call centre and eventually was told to email ********** which was done on the 9th i received reference number REF: ********** 9_ ********** 79. I have sent 6 reminders nobody has afforded me the courtesy of a reply, i then went to my branch on Saturday to see if they could help me but apparently because it was Saturday they could not help me however the guy did send a mail, i am now sitting a week later with nothing and nobody that has assisted. it is not acceptable to send 6 reminders, where is the customer service.
I placed an order at total sports online 24 November. I understand this was Black Friday weekend so there was in issue with too many orders etc. I received a mail this morning 27 November advising 1 of my items had been cancelled. Fair enough I understand this. Yet there is no mention on the email regarding my refund. I called the help line and was advised I would need to wait 7-14 days for my refund? WHY I will not accept this, you were quick to take my money and now I must wait, why? You didnt ship the item I was also advised I need to send a copy of my bank statement for retun. why? This is a personal document and who cares what bank account i want the money refunded into. Sounds like a money making thing to me. So if 500 people had their orders cancelled and you keep their money in your bank account I can imagine you are making interest on money that does not belong to you. I want my money reimbursed and I will NOT sent a bank statement and I will NOT wait 7-14 days. Next time you want to send clients mails stating items have been cancelled perhaps you can have the decency to advise the returns process in the mail yet this is not mentioned at all?
I placed an order on Makro online 08 November. On the 13th November i recieved an sms to advise my delivery had been cancelled then on the 14th @ 11h07 I recieved an sms with the driver name and cell number and told my order would arrive shortly then at 14h29 I recieved yet another sms saying the delivery had been cancelled. I called the driver who advised he was going then to collect it. I emailed the online support yesterday to find out where my order is 11 days after placing my order after 3 reminders and no response i called the help centre, the lady couldnt even assist, I then recieved an email this morning advising they were looking into it and still no feedback. Makro you were quick to take my money out my account yet the after sales service is DISGUSTING. Can somebody find out where my order is and have it delivered.
