I bought a smock alien from vapers corner on 25.08.2017. These items costs a lot of money. After the item broke less than 3 months the shop said yes it was a common fault but nothing was done to compensate me. I emailed them twice to explain my situation and asked to be directed to the appropriate person to discuss my issue with. I received no replies so far, it has been weeks. I am totally disappointed in their customer care. They seem not be interested at all in quality.
