I bought a smock alien from vapers corner on 25.08.2017. These items costs a lot of money. After the item broke less than 3 months the shop said yes it was a common fault but nothing was done to compensate me. I emailed them twice to explain my situation and asked to be directed to the appropriate person to discuss my issue with. I received no replies so far, it has been weeks. I am totally disappointed in their customer care. They seem not be interested at all in quality.
<p>I have had trouble with my decoder, it seems an instalation problem. Dstv pretoria keeps no record of my previous emails and phone calls to try and get an agent or technician to inspect my decoder. No oneturns up to the made appointments of inspection and when I coplain to them they said I can send an inquire email and an agent will respond to my email, I have allready emailed them numerous times. They seem to have no record of that. Meanwhile I keep paying my full monthly installment for faulty service</p>
