We have been trying to sort credits from Stellenbosch university for weeks with no reply. Numbers are unanswered and I am directed from pillar to post. Information was sent in October 2025 already and was completed once again online in person on campus.
I have phoned the Newlands Campus repeatedly without reply and the numbers for credit enquiries is answered by the marketing office at Ruimsig who only redirect my call.
My daughter has no idea what textbooks to buy or what classes to attend next we3ek.
The service has been non-existent, hope this is not what we signed up for at almost R 120K per annum.
