Hello Peter,
I am writing once again—this time with profound frustration and disappointment—regarding the incorrect “DNQ” and “FES” designations that Varsity College has unjustly app**** to my academic record.
It has now been five full days since I first reached out to Varsity College, providing clear evidence that I formally deregistered in April 2021 with valid medical documentation well before the assessment period. Despite this, these failure-linked designations remain on my record, and I have received no response, no explanation, and no acknowledgment from Varsity College.
This silence is not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. It leaves me with no choice but to question the integrity of Varsity College’s administration and its commitment to fairness and transparency.
The wrongful labeling of my academic status is having real and damaging consequences: it is severely harming my reputation and destroying my prospects in a highly competitive job market. Employers have flagged these false marks as red flags, and I am unfairly branded as having failed assessments I never attended.
I am deeply frustrated and angry that, despite repeated requests, Varsity College has ignored my legitimate concerns and failed to correct these gross inaccuracies. This lack of accountability and basic communication is unacceptable.
As of now, I am escalating this matter to the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) for immediate intervention. I expect DHET and related bodies to investigate Varsity College’s handling of my case, the apparent procedural failures, and the damage caused to students like myself.
Please consider this my final notice. I am no longer willing to wait for a response from Varsity College. I am taking all necessary steps to protect my academic record and professional future.
