Varsity Rentals Potchefstroom - Deposit not paid back for two months - Langs Die Randjie,

I had a rental contract with the above mentioned company(Varsity Rentals, Potchefstroom, North West) which ended at the end of October 2023.

To this day i do not hear anything regarding my deposit. The agency has not done any inspection, according to one of their employees. from there i was referred to a finance person who still has not responded to my watsapp messages. The manager of the company is Jaco and i have previously been assisted by him on a different rental agreement and things were done professionally then. I am disappointed by their treatment and would like to get my R4000.00 deposit for the Langs Die Randjie flat number 7 where i used to rent.
