Pathetic Service and not reliable

I searched for months finding a suitable property to accommodate my 2 dogs. At last Vartrust introduced me to a lovely townhouse which was happy to take my dogs.

Deposit, first month's rent and all the other fees were paid upfront and all good to go. One day before moving in, the day i was about to collect the keys, the Estate Agent phones me to tell me she's terribly sorry but they won't accept my Boxer and that the onus is on me to check if the complex allows dogs of that size, and that after i had checked with the Estate Agent. I had already given notice at the place i was staying at the time and was forced to vacate the property without having anywhere to go to.

Their service is pathetic and they have absolutely no empathy. They couldn't even bother suggesting another property or asked if they can help in any way.

Disgusting the way they treat people.
