Pathetic Service and not reliable
I searched for months finding a suitable property to accommodate my 2 dogs. At last Vartrust introduced me to a lovely townhouse which was happy to take my dogs. Deposit, first month's rent and all the other fees were paid upfront and all good to go. One day before moving in, the day i was about to collect the keys, the Estate Agent phones me to tell me she's terribly sorry but they won't accept my Boxer and that the onus is on me to check if the complex allows dogs of that size, and that after i had checked with the Estate Agent. I had already given notice at the place i was staying at the time and was forced to vacate the property without having anywhere to go to. Their service is pathetic and they have absolutely no empathy. They couldn't even bother suggesting another property or asked if they can help in any way. Disgusting the way they treat people.

The Reid Lifestyle Estate is
Pathetic - Way over priced. Staff and Security extremely rude and not to mention all the Power outages. Eskom gets blamed and in the meantime it is a Balwin problem. Horrific sewer smell eminating from the showers. Lifestyle Centre is okay but does not compensate for all the power outages. Restaurant is overpriced The worst is, Your electrivity bill just keeps going up and up

Unscrupulous & Unethical
Unscrupulous and unethical. The staff is rude, arrogant and very "confused". Nobody knows what is going on, even their so called management. The Estate Agency Board are the only people who can deal with them. Stay away from Alec Massel

Bond application
Excellent, professional and friendly service received from Tanielle and Charmaine Crawford. They are on top of their game, and super quick to respond to clients, even in the middle of the night. Thank you much ladies! You guys rock!

Unsatisfactory Service
Service from Standard Bank is pathetic! Do not use them - go to any other bank than Standard Bank. Supervisors and Managers don't even care what kind of service their staff deliver, absolutely appalling!
