VCI Design and Style

Having read the previous reviewer's comment, I'm surprised at how similar our issues with Agatha Harley t/a VSI DESIGN AND STYLE were. Mrs Agatha Harley contracted to do my kitchen and master bedroom of my flat in 2017. Her computer generated designs were jaw dropping and I paid her a 50percent deposit before starting. After this point it was seriously all down hill. The project she initially contracted to was suppose to take 3 weeks , after 4 months it still was not completed. Her original staff abandoned her and she struggled to find new competent workers. There was a point where I heard Agatha racially abusing her staff and I immediately walked out of my own home. She eventually finished and the work was far from what she had promised. She compromised on cheaper material than quoted and within months doors and hinges had begun to break and show wear and tear of a 10 year old apartment. I eventually got an outside company to do a revamp 6 months later. Please beware of her , she is crude, arrogant a racist and not a good company to do business with. I learnt the hard way which cost me ALOT of money!! Avoid at all cost!
