Excellent quality and service
This company has done a new kitchen for us in Pretoria. We cannot stress enough how pleased and satisfied we were with the quality and professionalism the way the whole project was handled and completed. They are trustworthy, competent and know how to treat a client. They deserve all the compliments we are giving them in this review. We can truly recommend them and any person is welcome to check the validity and proof of the work they did for us and/or can contact us for a sworn affidavit if necessary.

Excellent quality and service
This company has done a new kitchen for us in Pretoria. VCI DESIGN AND STYLE-TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP
Having read the previous reviewer's comment, I'm surprised at how similar our issues with VSI DESIGN AND STYLE were. They contracted to do my kitchen and master bedroom of my flat in 2017. Her(Agatha) computer generated designs were jaw dropping and I paid her a 50percent deposit before starting. After this point it was seriously all down hill. The project she initially contracted to was suppose to take 3 weeks , after 4 months it still was not completed. Her original staff( who seemed very competent) abandoned her and she struggled to find new competent workers. There was a point where I heard Agatha verbally abusing her staff and I immediately walked out of my own home. She eventually finished and the work was far from what she had promised. She compromised on cheaper material than quoted and within months doors and hinges had begun to break and show wear and tear of a 10 year old apartment. I eventually got an outside company to do a revamp 6 months later. Please beware of her empty promises, as my apartment turned out very differently to what she promised me. I learnt the hard way which cost me ALOT of money!! Avoid at all cost and rather use a larger household name with good traceable references .

Stylish cupboards & excellent workmanship
Thank you very much for the stylish, spacious cupboards installed by VCI Design & Style at my house in Fairland. The cupboards in my kitchen, bedrooms, study and bathrooms look stunning, are of excellent finishing and craftmanship - and after all these years are still in excellent condition!! Thank you Agatha for excellent service!!!

Stylish cupboards & excellent workmanship
Thank you very much for the stylish, spacious cupboards installed by VCI Design & Style at my house in Fairland. The cupboards in my kitchen, bedrooms, study and bathrooms look stunning, are of excellent finishing and craftmanship - and after all these years are still in excellent condition!! VCI DESIGN AND STYLE(Agatha Harley)
I paid her 640k to do my kitchen, walk in closet, bathroom vanity , and 3 bedrooms. Her CAD drawings were sensational , the finished product almost a year later absolutely shocking!!! The level of finishing was that of a handyman at best . My cupboards have turned colour, the wooden oak tops she promised turned out to be a cheap veneer, there are crack marks in many of the cupboards where she assured me it would be masterfully painted and palatial. I am utterly shocked at the level of workmanship in this company . She works with one single carpenter to cut costs and who seems to have very little knowledge and yet she charges exorbitant inflated prices . I am busy with a consumer protection case regarding this matter. If you come across this company or Agatha Harley herself please be cautioned, stay away!!
