I am writing to formally express my frustration and seek urgent assistance regarding the ongoing issues with our medical aid coverage. In January 2024, I transferred from my medical aid to my husband’s plan, submitting all required documentation in a timely manner. We are on the same plan, as instructed by our employer due to our marital status. However, despite these efforts, we are still facing significant challenges with our coverage. In March 2024, I underwent an emergency operation, believing that everything was in order. Now, my husband is facing an unexpected medical bill of R29,000. As we approach November 2024 (9 months later), our medical cover remains unresolved, despite the fact that LA Health receives approximately R10,000 monthly for our coverage. We find ourselves paying cash for doctor visits due to this outstanding amount. Moreover, I underwent another surgery in September 2024, and the anesthetist has yet to be paid because of this R29,000 debt, the origin of which is still unclear to us. We have repeatedly raised our concerns, but our complaints seem to go unanswered. We have been advised by the medical aid to contact all doctors and service providers for revised invoices and submit them to the medical aid ourselves. This seems unreasonable, as it is the responsibility of the medical aid to handle these matters, not me as that would be a daunting task. This situation has caused immense stress for our family, especially during times when we urgently needed medical care. For instance, just last night, our son was unwell, and we hesitated to take him to the emergency room due to the fear of incurring substantial costs without a guarantee of a hospital admission. As a result, we had to wait until the next morning to seek medical attention for our minor child, once again paying out of pocket. Given the urgency of our situation, I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving these issues. We cannot continue under these circumstances and are considering switching to a different medical aid provider as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I have been a loyal law for all customer for many years and I have never missed any of my payments. I needed urgent assistance and I somewhat can't get assistance or even a response from law for all. .. I submitted my initial enquiry on the 9 February 2024 (over 2 weeks ago) and i have not receieved any feedback. My case number is C1666-2-2024. I just think this is ridiculous, why am i still waiting for a call back and feedback, there is also no response, how long does it take to respond to a follow up e-mail i sent on the 15th February? Yonela, the case officer asked for my policy... and I have sent it to yonela immediately upon request. I demand a response and as i am a client. Is the case officer still reading the policy since 15 feb? I am simply not treated as a customer. I am sitting without water on my property which is my constitutional right... and LAW FOR ALL DOESN'T CARE AT ALL. YONELA also indicticated on the 14th February that he/she will send me the attorney details 'soon'. Currently still waiting and another week has gone by. Please respond urgently. I have kids and no water on the property. Need legal assistance urgently please. I'm at my wits end already... why am I begging for assistance. Not even a reply or a call. Thanks
Hi I've been waiting for my new order to be activated since 31.08.2022. Now im told that my order has been deleted yet i received my device already. I did not cancel my order or request for it to be deleted. Now i know for a fact that vodacom will deduct money from my account even though i received zero service. Can someone please assist me, ive been battling wit vodacom for 6 days and im at my wits end already. I cant do this anymore. Having read the previous reviewer's comment, I'm surprised at how similar our issues with VSI DESIGN AND STYLE were. They contracted to do my kitchen and master bedroom of my flat in 2017. Her(Agatha) computer generated designs were jaw dropping and I paid her a 50percent deposit before starting. After this point it was seriously all down hill. The project she initially contracted to was suppose to take 3 weeks , after 4 months it still was not completed. Her original staff( who seemed very competent) abandoned her and she struggled to find new competent workers. There was a point where I heard Agatha verbally abusing her staff and I immediately walked out of my own home. She eventually finished and the work was far from what she had promised. She compromised on cheaper material than quoted and within months doors and hinges had begun to break and show wear and tear of a 10 year old apartment. I eventually got an outside company to do a revamp 6 months later. Please beware of her empty promises, as my apartment turned out very differently to what she promised me. I learnt the hard way which cost me ALOT of money!! Avoid at all cost and rather use a larger household name with good traceable references .

I bought Nandos lemon and herb boujee bowl and the hot burger meal on Friday 26th March 2021. When I arrived at home after a long day at work, I discovered that the chicken was raw, pinkish and fattish on the inside. The chicken of the bowjee bowl was also raw. I was completely disgusted and sick that I had to throw both meals away and Ihate throwing food away! It was a waste. I love nando's food but i told myself that I would never go to this branch again.
I place my online order on the 7th. Yesterday (18/12/2018) I followed up on my order because I am leaving for vacation today, and needed my order. The consultant told me they will make an arrangement to have the order delivered yesterday. I am still waiting and no one has gotten back to me after numerous emails and numerous attemtps to get through to the customer contact number. I urgently need my order. I placed my order on the 7th of December and since the 7th the order is still being " processed" please can someone assist me, I have such a headache trying to get through to zando!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible service.
Good day Standard Bank Home Insurance. I would like to follow up on a claim I submitted on the 10th June 2018-regarding my geyser and pressure valve. A plumber was sent out to check whats wrong, and its now been three months and no closure to the claim. Please provide me with feedback urgently, I await your call. Thank you
