VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

Very disappointing service and no transparency:

I had an extremely disappointing experience with VTC Attorneys (Mitchells Plain branch). I don't even know what stage am I in the transfer process, because every update im getting changes in the middle. There is a lack of transparency, poor communication, and no meaningful follow-through on key issues.

Critical information was not disclosed timeously, including the owner of the house only told that it's an Estate purchase after 6 months and now is the 7 month still no exact date of the finalisation/transfer. The attorney working on it decided not to answer my emails and always not available when i call the office. Even the Agent was not honest and feel like not treated fairly. I even regret my decision whereas I should be very excited. I feel like cancelling everything though I have paid a portion to the bond attorneys and start afresh with other Agency and Firm.
