<p>Hi Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>In late June i took received a call from Velocity (MTN sub-contractor) with an offer for two Sony Experia phones contract, which i was interested in and took the package. two days later i received the phones and a day later realised that phones were rebooting themselves so i took them back to one of the MTN stores. After Velocity received them back they gave me a call to find out whether i want the devices swapped and i told them to rather cancel the contract as it was still within the 7 days grace period. A day later I received confirmation that the contract was cancelled however a deduction was made on my account this month and i do not understand why.</p>
