I've had a case opened with LegalWise since 2017, to date there's no resolution. Not even once have I received a call or an email from Legalwise to check on me as their client and to ensure that their appointed attorney is actually doing what they are paid to do. I am definitely going to cancel my membership once this matter is closed because it is beyond pathetic how the service is being rendered
I just received a call from your driver saying he is at the gate. I have requested numerous times to please be contacted prior to delivery being made. He had to turn back because no one is home. How hard is it for dispatch or the drivers to call to check availability? This is my 3rd complaint and it is really really getting annoying. Pharmacy Direct needs to look at a different way of handling deliveries because the current one is not working. AND PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT YOUR SMS THAT YOU SEND AND SAY DELIVERY WILL TAKE PLACE 24-48 HOURS BECAUSE THAT DOES NOT WORK EITHER, AS THEY EITHER ARRIVE AFTER 72HOURS OR NEVER. JUST BEACUSE I AM ON MEDICATION IT DOES NOT MEAN I AM BOUND IN MY HOUSE ALL DAY EVERY DAY.
How is it that despatch can just send a driver to deliver my medication without notifying me and finding out if I will be available to receive the medication or not? This is not the first time this has happened and frankly it is becoming extremely frustrating because for one I sitting on a daily thumb sucking and guessing that a delivery is going to be made. I believe it is common sense that people either have jobs or have errands to run so before a driver can just rock up at my gate can it be a common courtesy to call me and find out if I am available before they leave the depot or wherever it is that they get dispatched from?
So on the 21st of October I received a mail from Sanlam Indie through my Bonitas membership. They were offering me a few options to get covered on. I ignored the mail and on Friday I received a follow up and decided to request a callback. I must say the callback received from their consultant was ethical, professional and above all very informative. I ended up signing up with them. Kudos to Sanlam Indie. Hoping to have a fruitful relationship
his is my 1st time using you guys as I migrated to Bonitas Medical Aid and I must say I am appalled by the lack of service I have received thus far. on the 10th of July I sent through my medication script and did not receive any response, I resent it again on the 14th after I called in and was asked to send it through. On the 20th I received a notification from Bonitas that you have processed your claim and I called in to find out when I will be getting my medication, I was told it will be during the week so my assumption was any day between the 20th and the 24th I would have received it. Well I was wrong. Then on the 23rd I get a notification to say my medication has been dispatched and a driver will deliver the next day, still nothing. I then took the liberty to call again on Monday 27th and spoke to a lady called Elda she said she will investigate get back to me, I AM STILL WAITING TODAY (29 JULY).
3 or 4 months ago I got contacted by NDA and they sold me their idea of assisting me with my debts by reducing them. As I was in a bit of a financial situation I decided to sign up with them. I then decided that I no longer need their services as the debt review will reflect badly on my credit score. I called them to cancel and then I was advised that since they had started with the admin I will need to pay a fee of R2190.00 and they will give me a letter confirming that I am no longer under debt review. on the 11th of October I deposited the amount they requested and my case was assigned to Rowhan whom I followed up with a few times regarding the letter but to no avail, worse of all my email address was blocked and my whatsapp was also blocked. I want to know when I will bee receiving my letter or otherwise I will contact the Ombudsman as this is clearly fraud and unethical.
My husband and I received a complimentary voucher after attending a presentation for LPA. We have been trying to book on the site but there are never any dates available. I called twice and was told to keep checking and check the beginning and of the month as the venues are loaded then but it has been 4 months since we've been trying to book.
I had a data contract with Vodacom which I cancelled months ago due to their lack of service, this cancellation was confirmed. Fast forward to today I get a mail from Hammond Pole Attorneys to contact them urgently regarding my Vodacom account which is in arrears. I spoke to a gentleman by the name Khulekani who says Vodacom has instructed them to collect the arrears that I have and he mentioned an amount of just over R1000 which I supposedly have to pay as the account on his side is showing suspended and not cancelled. My question is if I owed Vodacom why did the consultant that confirmed my cancellation not tell me that before they can cancel I must pay whatever amount that is reflecting on their side? 2. If I owe Vodacom why am I receiving invoices with a R0.00 amount, which I am confused as to why they still send the invoices since the contract is cancelled???
