*Update*
Just been told "F** you, change your attitude, I will not come sort out your internet issue" by the ever professional John of VentureNet. This happened after I have been accused of not knowing that there is an ethernet port in my Apple Mac, even though there isnt. I have had to resort to sending pictures of my ports to the part owner or what ever he may be to Venturenet in order to prove that I dont have an ethernet connection in my laptop or adaptor. Why are they asking for this you ask? Well its because they want me to try and sort out the issue telephonically even though they have expressly noted to me, even in email that it is apparently a hardware issue??? In any case, I was also asked by Daniella to try and download a program, I assume a teamviewer type program perhaps, so that they can try and sort it out remotely, forgetting that the internet actually doesnt work therefore making that task relatively impossible. Furthermore, I have been promised that a technician would come out on the 14th and today is the 20th. What can I do.
