Unfriendly and unprofessional cashiers
After numerous negative experiences with cashiers, I have decided to come here and rate Vergelegen Kwikspar. Today, as so many times before, I ended up with a certain cashier who has no idea wat it means to be professional or just have good manners. I was called to cashier nr 3. Got there and I greeted her. But she was too busy talking to her colleague next to her to at least respond to me. After she gave my cash slip, I waited for her to look me in the eye at least. No “ thank you”. No “good bye”. Is this what has become of customer services? They treat you as if you are a burden to them? I don’t think I will go back to Vergelegen Kwikspar. Unless they train their cashiers to at least be a bit more friendly.

Expired goods on shelves
Vergelegen Kwikspar, I bought a pack of chips on 22/04/21 that had expired 11/04/21. I only realized when I was already home. Check your stock and remove expired goods from the shelves!
