My partner had a prablem with excess baggage trying to board to Cape town. Her luggage was overwheight and she didnt have enough funds to pay. Eventualy she was allowed to fly without her luggage and was told she could pay when she landed and they would send her baggage to her. This apparently cannot happen according to the help line.
Tis compony in now called INQB8 and they must be the most pathetic rental company in the world, nothing gets fixed without having to contact them every week. even then the jobs get half done. I have never dealt with an agent called Taylor Robyn Losper, but she must be the rudest *** agent around., they share your emails amongst themselves and have a good laugh on our behalf. We were a whole week without power due to non payment of account and they blatantly **** to us about the problem. they think people are just there to pay their salaries. and this counts for the whole complex we stay in.

I have now been waiting 2 hours to speak to someone at Eskom. we are not receiving our accounts and they do not seem to be even reading the meters. this is for businesses so there must be an account

Ordered resistance bands for R299, sent me the totally wrong thing. i asked for the to send me the correct item. get an email that they no longer can get the item so they give me credit on my account. that's great but what about the courier fee, why should i loose out out to their incompetency. the still are advertising the resistance bands on their website,
Minus 10 stars Terrible terrible service, the do not update their billing prices and overcharge as they want to. even after the problem being pointed out. cant say the customer service that they have is worth anything.
Rubbish is all i can say, have unfortunately dealt with then on 2 occasions in 2 weeks. Stay away. Full of lies
Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic. Afterwaiting amonth and a half for items ordered in May 220 all of a sudden pushed on by 3 and a half months, never ever again. bunch of thieves. absalutely no way in contacting them to cancel the orders. Customer service Bot is all you get.
1 star only because i have to, Terrible service, i have beenfighting and complaining for over a year andthe sysytem is still faulty, **** service and feedback
