At this point, I am beyond annoyed with Cell C! And this seems to be the only way to get assistance. Last month, my bank account was debited twice on 2 consecutive days and none of those amounts were allocated to my 2lines. And just by the way, none of my accounts were in arrears. I received an email from a Danielle Paul from Billing saying the amounts were allicated. Now, I'm receiving statements that show that the double debits were never allocated to my accounts. So, WHERE DID MY MONEY GO??! since it was never reversed back into my bank account?! I tried to explain this to a RUDE Cynthia from Collections, who even hung up on me. Will I ever get assistance from Cell C or should I rather take this matter to my lawyers? Because right now, my patience has thinned!!!
You guys do not even deserve a star rating!!! The service I've received from Cell C in the past 2years years has been uphauling to say the least! So, on 01/08/22 I made payment on my account and sent PoP to Cell c Somerset West as I would normally do. On 5th and 6th of August I get double debits for 2 of my lines WHICH WERE NOT IN ARREARS!!! I have since sent endless emails to almost all departments at Cell C. Only to get a case number that I followed up on and still have not gotten any response. When I log onto my cell c app, all those monies that were debited are not even allocated to my accounts. Now, where did all my money go??! I have made it clear in my emails that I cannot have this sorted in-store as I'm currently in the UK. I am really forced to take legal action against cell c. I'm just so incensed right now!!!

So, on 25th Jan I ordered from Nandos Sea Point through the UberEats app. I clearly stated my address and even left instructions on my order. The driver kept sending messages that he'd arrived but I never saw him. I attempted calling him several times but his line wasn't going through. He claims to have called me, however I didn't receive a single call from him. I even gave him an alternative number thinking my network could be bad on the number registered. The guy went ahead and marked the order DELIVERED!!!! While I didn't receive anything!!! I went to Nandos to report the matter, they made it clear that they're not involved as the money paid goes to UBEREATS. At this point, I just want my money back!
Vergelegen Kwikspar, I bought a pack of chips on 22/04/21 that had expired 11/04/21. I only realized when I was already home. Check your stock and remove expired goods from the shelves!
I have an account with BUSBY which was handed over to ARA. I keep receiving endless smses and emails of how much I must pay regardless of the payments I make via EFT. I've called them countless times to request a settlement amount on my account only to find a bunch of useless staff who are all awaiting a "supervisor" to help me. Sent through proof of payment numerous times but they still have not put it into their system. I NEED A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT for crying out loud! How difficult can that be?!
