I purchased a Genesis POWER STEAM ADVANCED STEAM Iron at Game in October 2025. When I opened it I found that the steam system was not working. I did not panic because of the promise that if it's diffective I will be able to return it and the consumer protection act. 20 February 2026 I found a chance to return it. When I got to Game Secunda, the iorn was tested and found defective. But I was told I can not get a refund, the item will be booked for repairs. I am so disappointed that the promise that the item is refundable is false and that the brand does not comply with the consumer protection act. Meaning I'm stuck with a brand new, defective item
