I am an existing customer and have been trying to contact their Sales department because I want to upgrade my solar installation. Unfortunately, despite sending several emails and making numerous phone calls, nobody responds. Emails are ignored, phones go unanswered, and there seems to be zero interest in assisting existing customers.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I am trying to give them additional business, yet the complete lack of communication and after-sales support has been shocking.
At this point, I am seriously considering asking them to remove their equipment entirely and moving to another provider who actually values and supports their customers after installation.
Very disappointing experience.
