Mom and I app**** for Versofy Solar in November, and we qualified for a special they were running. First payment is only due end of February 2026. December 2025 and January 2026 the payment went off and I have been sending emails to query this matter. A sales consultant phoned me once to say my December 2025 would be refunded and still nothing. Now the January 2026 payment has also been deducted. How is this possible?

Versofy Solar, it is nearly 24hrs later and still no phone call. This is so disappointing. I am really upset because this is a massive amount that must be refunded.
