Mom and I app**** for Versofy Solar in November, and we qualified for a special they were running. First payment is only due end of February 2026. December 2025 and January 2026 the payment went off and I have been sending emails to query this matter. A sales consultant phoned me once to say my December 2025 would be refunded and still nothing. Now the January 2026 payment has also been deducted. How is this possible?
I had to move, and I contacted Vodacom Fiber to assist with my relocation. I filled and submitted all the necessary paperwork. After many days of many, many emails they finally said my relocation would be actioned on 01.01.2026. Obviously, this did not happen. I have reference numbers and all they tell me is that they are waiting for OpenServe to be available to install the ONT box. How can they be waiting? I contacted them in November! I am so disappointed with Vodacom Fiber. For installation I had to wait 3 weeks. Now this. Worst service ever.
Stayed over on 08.10.2025. Room 6 was terrible. No cutlery. No sugar or milk for the coffee. TV did not work, did not even switch on. The lamp shades were full of dirty marks. The couch we were not able to sit on because it was so dirty. The legs for the base of the bed were in the drawer. Mattress was of such a poor quality that you felt every movement. Only 2 large towels, no small towels for your face. No chairs on the balcony to sit on. Dirty marks on the duvet cover. Very, very disappointed. The previous times we stayed over it was amazing.
I was extremely excited when I joined DebtBusters so that I could get my financial affairs in order. Upon joining a lot of wonderful promises were made but then Standard Bank handed me over to lawyers and they hounded me daily for months. I had to resort to lay a complaint on Hellopeter before it was sorted out and even then, it took months. I am not a happy client at all. I believed them when they told me that I would pay them and they would sort out my financial amount and that I would not have to deal with my account holders.
I put myself under debt review in January 2025. My first payment was for admin costs which I understand. However now Standard Bank Credit Card division has handed me over to lawyers as they only started getting payment from Debt Busters in April 2025. I have phoned and emailed DebtBusters so many times but the only response I get is that they will contact Standard Bank. I am paying a huge sum to DebtBusters on a monthly basis and I don't want to deal with lawyers. Really bad service and I am so disappointed.
I app**** to have Vodacom Fiber installed in my home more than a month ago. I ask for the installation on a specific date. I am still waiting. This is ridiculous. I am not able to work from home or stream.
I placed an order with Coricraft Highland Mall, Witbank. This was on a Saturday. The order was for a bedroom suite, dining room suite and sleeper couch. The Sunday I cancelled the entire order except for the sleeper couch. RCS group has now put through a debit order for the entire cancelled order. The store cant help me and RCS group refuses to accept that I never received these items. Ridiculous. I made sure the debit order could not go through but this is affecting my credit score and all I want is for the correct debit order amount to go through. I will not pay for items I never received.
