Terrible being old get ripped all the time

Went to citi vet Panarama my yorkkie had bad scin rash .I had been there Six month prior and they advised me to take out insurance.Looked at phamflit and it said occasional visit too vet .Signed up at 80 struggled with all these docs Got card and carried on paying 750 a month When I took Nuni in they took her temp ,gave her injection and charged me 1040.Was rather shocked my doctor charged me me 450 plus small cost for injection.Had to come back as other doctor had to check something or other .Took blood smear and gave me 4 days cortisone tabs and Ono the packet and bottle shampoo.R2000 plus .Sent copies to one plan that said I must go get invoices stamped ,went back made copies sent them back .No you need to fill I a claim form .Went back got claim form and sent it in.Few days later sent me email No this is not covered as you onl have hospital plan.Why would I want to have hospital plan have one for myself endless problems for payment .They just virtually told me not helping I asked give my money back and we will call it a day .Just cancelled my policy and left me hanging .That was the worst month my wife and I had no money left at all first time in my lulife felt completely defeated Love covers everything but not these days Donovan van Zyl 0718355756 I’d 4208225055081
