ERF 6211 Botleng Methodist Church in Delmas

I am a Methodist Church of South Africa Botleng society leader. In 2005/2006 we bought the above-mentioned property for our new branch in extension 4. To our surprise, we found an RDP house built and allocated to someone. Several of our Resident Ministers tried to sort this out but with no success. Me and one of the Ministers went to the person who was residing there to speak to her only to get a bad attitude from her and said that she has a title deed as well for the stand in question. It has been years and years since this has happened to try to get a solution from the municipality but we failed. Now I am appealing to you to please investigate and advise on this.. Your assistance on this matter will be highly recommended.
