I have a problem with water meter in my house that is faulty . I reported the problem from 30 May 2025 till today no one came to check the meter and I don't have water for more than 2 weeks now . Overtime I go report they just make a job card and send the sms that's it . The ladies at the customer care don't even make the follow up they just make job card and send sms that's all . I'm paying the rates I bought prepaid water yet no one wants to assist .
