Sheer arrogance from Victory Lounge spokesperson.

Had a complaint about poor service at Victory Lounge at the Square in Umhlanga.Had a call from the restaurant and was extremely defensive about me complaining on social media before speaking to management.I dont believe i have an obligation to do so.The lady in summary informed me that I am not forced the dine there and should no dine at Victory Lounge.My response is that I will never again and will never recommend any of my many friends and colleagues to do so.
