Horrible Service

I just want to vent about the horrible experience I had at Vida e Caffè Hemingway today. I went there for the first time to buy some food, expecting a simple transaction, but instead, I got hit with the rudest cashier ever. This cashier, Aphiwe Myengwa, was not just unhelpful, he straight-up made fun of me right in front of everyone. It was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. I don’t know how a customer service role allows for that kind of behavior, but honestly, it left a really bad impression on me. If that’s how they treat new customers, I can guarantee I’m not going back or recommending this place to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting service.
