The service and the food is the worst at Cafe vigour at silverstar. They used to be called vigour and verve and now have changed the name to Cafe vigour. Even if you complain they take your details and no one calls you. The chefs definitely have no experience. As for management they need training on customer service

Disgusting service We phoned V&V to make a booking we were advised that they donot do booking we must come in. When we arrived a group of 25 people the table was set up for 25 people. Few minutes later a gentlemen arrived and advised us that they cannot cater for 25 people as they need to cater for the hotel. They were happy to cater for smaller groups as they arrived. When we questioned this the gentlemen who could not confirm if he was the manager stated that if we stayed he would offer us poor service and poor quality of food. Totally disgusted with V&V as today is nieces bday and we had find another restaurant. Is this restaurant only catering for a particular race group or who were the special guests booked at the hotel I choose not to mention the polital party Shirts that were worn by other guests 🥵

No. Just no. Its not okay to take close on 2hrs to deliver fish and chips. Then when reminding the Waitrose of a medical condition the team was advised of with one of the group- the one meal is delivered and the other five patrons are left waiting for "plating" to take place for another 20 minutes. This coupled with disinterested rude Waitrons cavorting around with zero feedback. Then after requesting to speak to manager we have Mr. Verlin arrive with a half baked apology and when pressed further for reasons for the poor service we are offered the perfunctory "the kitchen having recieved too many orders at once" and the same rude Waitrose returns offering to provide a dessertnon the house. No thanks- Still waiting on the contact details for the offical complaint line. Too little too late.

started dining at the V & V restaurant in PMB since 2021, their setup is pretty good, food is delicious, reasonable prices hence qualify for discounts if producing the Golden Horse points card. I love the way they prepare the oxtail, taste so... good!! indeed. let alone the dessert, may daughter always be dreaming of revisiting the place again and again. The most important thing with this place, is that they sell alcohol at a specific time not during the day, as not everyone drinks alcohol. V&V staff are very friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good and positive work!!.

Yooooh.. The service is really terrible at vigour and verve golden horse... U walk in, all covid protocols observed, they sit u down, a waiter comes to you after 30 mins, none of them even the management staff comes to check on the customers if they need anything.. Like water... Their service is totally terrible.. Horrible staff members too.. Not worried about customers.. What a shame

25 minutes to make a Milkshake and a coke was pathetic. Never ever have i experienced this at any of their restaurants. Did not even have the decency to inform me there was a problem as i would have ordered something else. I work in the service industry and my customers would never ever tolerate this. Disappointed. When i spoke to them about it got a big fat attitude.
